Hello, everybody. We'll welcome to the five Minutes PM. Podcast they are like to discuss about the new credential, the PMO for my we'll be releasing the PMI Agile Certification. And I'm very happy to talk about that because during my time, as a volunteer for PMI, I heard many, many things telling, Oh, BMI is not even a giant and the other organizations are a giant. So that way, this is a very powerful image, strong response to that.

And all the organizations are a child know to be successful in the understand. We need to make sure that all standards are perfect and we need to understand which part we need to take from every single methodology G stander framework to build our one.

I have many, many beliefs in a jail. I have also many, many challenges in a jail. And it's great to understand that PMI Ricardo is nice, is in a very strong way, the concept of a job, Oh, PMI has the power be the most important Prudential for project management this year? APM, the PGM peep, the scheduling professional and risk management professional now is considering a Jile aspect.

Just after that in may BMI, we start accepting applications for this credential and the third quarter Dixon will be available in buy the hand off of 2011. Then the first Agile holders we'll be recognized as Agile Prudential holders and the requirements it's that high school degree or similar 2000 ours as a team member, or not as a project manager, but as a team member, as a member of a project team, plus 1,500 hours of experience in a jail, very, very important.

So it's not 2000. And from this two thousand one thousand five hundred off a giant or no 2000 plus 1,500. So the total is 3,500 hours of experience, 2000 as a team member, 1,500 in a child. And in to that 21 hours, contact hours, a fragile, so a training or a formal class, or using the PMI, a registered education provider or oral and other education providers.

And then also the best, the cost of the test is 435 a dollar's for BMI member's in 409 $5 for PMI number of members. So this is a very, very strong response to the market. You should take a look. It's very important. I, the first part that that I have with Agile was about two at night. I have two to three years ago, an I use the Agile person in many of my projects in the communications area, in human resource, collaboration and teamwork work. So it's a very good practical, logical and direct too. And it's very good to know that now that you can also have a credential, the look for, and if you add it's a joke, but a lot of people in the beginning of the year, they'd take a note of what they want or what they wish to do in the year.
