Hello, everyone. Welcome to the five minutes BM Podcast Today I like to do is start 2013. If I Different Podcast I wasn't expecting to record a podcast talking about every Potter. The reason for that is that last week I decided to go to London to spend new years. And basically because my two daughters, they bagged me name for me to take them to the Harry Potter Studios. And around two months ago we bought the tickets and we decided to go mostly for that.

And of course, I was a little bit skeptical as and say, okay, I'm going because they want to go. But when I arrive at there, I started to be capture by one year Different energy and high this, because it's such an amazing work that they did on the Studios to prepare the eight movies about the harrypotter series. That is just unbelievable. I can not share with you my feeling there when I start looking in this, of course, harrypotter numbers are just unbelievable.

We're talking about the $15 billion brand started in a late train from Manchester to London where JK Rowling started thinking about the young wizard that we are talking also about 450 million books, seven billions only in franchise and movies. We are talking about amazing cash machine that they created. And then I was there.

Of course my daughter's taking pictures and I was there just trying to understand how they create this. And then my final statement was this just an outstanding idea. Y outstanding, because it's suitable for kids, teenagers, and pretty much for audits, you create a magic word, a fantasy word, but not the fairy tale world. It's more real world, the real challenges off a teenager, but in a magic environment.

And this is the most amazing piece of their idea. But the second, the amazing piece, it's the project work that they did to create this movies. And why? Because when we watch that we see our own it's nice. But when you think about how the created this, it's just unbelievable. The amount, even on the floor, you go to the studios, you see that they built real Flor Y to avoid Different sounds when they are in the movie to make sure, for example, the sofa at the griefing door, common house, the red sofa, how did to have this sofa like a 200 year old sofa, but the new sofa that it can use So even the sofa because of how they faded the color of the fabric.

So it's just unbelievable. The customs, the special effects out will be built. All that animals in one of the most amazing things that I have seen. And there was the Hogarth castle. They built a castle, something like 50 times 50 feet, and its is a small hole. Hoggart when I was watching the movie and I said that the air the castle. I said, look, this castle is beautiful.

Whereas this is it, the new Scotland in some other places in Yuki, or maybe in Germany or maybe, or a place, but this castle doesn't exist. This castle exist in the studio room with something like 15 times, 15 meters or maybe 50 times 50 square feet. And they filmed it with a blue background and then they put the reefer and everything. And if you go here, you will see this process you touch and you see the process, how they feel, how they put the background in.

It's just unbelievable. It's surely impressive in the built design that is more huggers with Zumba, more bricks, real brick to create there more than a thousand lamps inside the castle. So this is just one small piece. The studios are not big, but that spent something like five hours there, trying to understand how they built, what they think, how they translate all the magic word into something quite tangible.

And even I'm not talking about only as studios do this, but how they managed it, the cast, or if you see harrypotter, Danielle has a cliff, Emma Thompson, a few, see them, young growing Seoul, the DDI, the 10 here project. It's not just one movie, pretty much none of the main artists change it in the whole series except Dumbledore. The actor is the way after I think the second movie and that's all.

So it's so important how they manage. They manage this extremely well. Imagine taking someone with 10, 11, 12 years and bringing them up to 20 years, doing the series with the same. Imagine that Daniel had a cliff after the turd movie, they say, Oh, I don't want to do this anymore. I'm talking about business. How they handle this, how cool bikes is to do this. But if you do this, if you will locate time, and if you all the actors perfection Different is, it will be a thing.

Billion dollar brand, a lot of kids at home, my daughters, they challenge me all the time. When I take them to the museum, they say why we are here at the hair. Potter I just spend five hours trying to find them because they were so crazy about understanding what was behind. So look, they're a Ducati. So if you have an opportunity to go there, I don't want to do advertise, but I'm doing right. If you have the opportunity to go spend one day there with this Lance that I'm sharing with you, I'm sure you will enjoy a lot.
